 Would he beat SSJ2 Adult Gohan? Yeah, I think he would. Gohan lost too much power.

 if we're talking SPC vs. gohan, then this is my opinion:
vs. teen gohan(base) - SPC wins by miles
vs. teen gohan(SSJ) - SPC wins putting up a small fight
vs. teen gohan(SSJ2) - SSJ2 gohan wins, as we saw when Gohan's kemahameha won over cell's while gohan was injured.
vs. adult gohan(base) - SPC wins by more miles. adult gohan lost power over the 7 years of peace.
vs. adult gohan(SSJ) - SPC wins, again adult gohans power decreased
vs. adult gohan(SSJ2) - SPC. power loss from lack of training again.
vs. Mystic Gohan - MYSTIC GOHAN PWNS SPC like no other
vs. any stupid crazy SSJ mystic forms - mystic gohan always wins forever
